1. Chose your style, color etc. 2. Please, let us know your Phone model. 3. Ask for an appointment for shipping your item. 4. We send you a confirmation in the email regarding your order.
How long does it take? After you have your appointment and you’ve sent your phone we start working on your phone right away. It takes 5 - 7 days. Once we are ready - we return your phone or any other crystallized item in a registered mail.
Do you have Express service? Yes. It carries 50% surcharge.
How do you except Payment? We accept payments thru PayPal and Money order.
How long will it last? We pride ourselves in the quality work we do. We use our specialized glue to attach the crystals one by one on your favorite object. The stones are stay on it indefinet or until your desire. However, it is important to know that crystallized items must be handled with care and respect for its beauty. Avoid throwing it in your purse and /or let them rub against hard objects like keys etc. or drop them on concrete. Take care of them and they will last a lifetime. We have a full 1 year guarantee on our workmanship.
How much does it cost to crystallize something? How much would you pay for a personally designed piece of Swarovski jewelry? Your thing is specially custom designed and crystallized. It is all handmade and the a cell phone takes about 1400 real Swarovski crystals depending on the size of the item, the size of the crystals and approximately 8 hours to prepare and bling. It is time demanding.

Why is this more expensive than stickers? We do attach each stone by hand and these are custom designed for you. Stickers are mainly made with Acrylic stones and their adhesive is just not strong enough to stand Our Designs are done with 100% Swarovski Crystals. Their quality is outstanding and it is the best in the industry, Acrylic stones lose their shine and sparkle over a very short time. Swarovski Crystals Sparkle the same way for a life time.
Can I do it myself ? Do you sell crystals for DIY ? Yes, we sell Crystallizing Kits for Icing. We have Small Kits for just the Front of your phone Or Large Kits for Full phone coverage as well. Let us know what you’d like to crystallize and we send you enough stones to cover any other items as well.
I do not want to send my phone…What can you do for me then? If you do not want to send your phone, we crystallize Face plates as well.
Can you remove the Crystals if I do not like them anymore? Yes, we can remove them for a charge of $ 35 dollars. If you do want to do it yourself we can’t be responsible for the damage you might cause to the item.
What is your Return Policy? We do not except returns for the work we have done - that is why we do make sure to discuss your choice of colors, design etc. first before we start working. We except returns only for damages that might happen during shipping. Please, report within 48 hours. And of course remember you have 1 year guarantee for loosing stones of the item and will send you extra stones with your new crystallized gears.
